Brumal/Vernal itchfunding + special KS recommendation!
Hello everyone! Today I come from the heart of the Fall to bring you this epistolar game that I'll be itchfunding to make better and more incredible!
Brumal/Vernal is an epistolar duet game about witchcraft, bonding, and quilts. In this game, both players create characters who are witches. One of them is a winter fan, and the other is a spring fan. You both live in places that are enjoyed better during those seasons, and you keep a lifestyle tied to that season too. And you're making a quilt together! You have many letters and packages coming and going! You want to have it for the Spring Equinox when your worlds come together.
It has a cool 4d20 table to generate prompts for the letters; it can be played over time since it's played by making an actual letter and in turns. You can choose the size of your quilt, which will determine how many letters you'll have to send in total.
The itchfunding is to pay for the editing by Misha, who has been helping me out since the beginning of times, to pay for excellent art pieces by Vapordruid, to pay for the cover that Yuri made freely for this jam, and to pay myself for the writing, to add more writing and to improve the layout (I mean, to do an actual layout, lol).
Check out some of the art Vapordruid is preparing for this!
All my Patrons get this game for their support!
I believe that in complete harmony with my project, today I found out about this cool KS by Pearse!
Critters & Companions is a system-neutral bestiary and guide to adding farm animals into your fantasy setting, using the diversity and depth of the natural world. It has 30 different animals that can be ridden, milked, declawed, worshipped, and eaten, and it also has random tables, minigames, graphs, hidden secrets, and art from Logan Stahl that is fresh and breathtaking.
Check out the Kickstarter here! I can't wait for it to get funded and get this on my hands, to be honest!
That's all for today!
I leave in proper style a small autumn-related list!
