GRANDMOTHERSHIP IS LAUNCHING
Check out the campaign, its stretch goals and some other creators' recommendations
GRANDMOTHERSHIP day has arrived!
After all this work -though a lot is yet to be done- the day has arrived!
You can check out the campaign here. A lot of info is on the page but if for some reason, you don’t know what I’m talking about, GRANDMOTHERSHIP is a game about senior ladies in space solving problems, inspired by Honey Heist, Brindlewood Bay, and Mothership.
If you want to check out the preview of the game, you can download it for free here.
If you want to see who is working on the basic game, you can read the previous number of this newsletter.
And now, some space is dedicated to the stretch goals!
These are the things we want to make a reality!
When we reach $1700 Sin Posadas will be designing a fantastic and useful character sheet exclusive for GRANDMOTHERSHIP, with room for everything you need to write and draw.
When we reach $1900 Dana will be designing a compelling encounter that you will be able to use for your sessions! Also, 2 extra art pieces by Lucas Rolim.
When we reach $2100 Kyle will be designing a superb encounter for everyone out there: Our senior ladies are on the "singles space cruise" S.S. Amore, enjoying their time until they realize that they're stuck in a time loop. And in every loop, one more person keeps dying. As well, 2 extra art pieces will be added, by Lucas Rolim
When we reach $2250 I will be adding SOLO RULES to this story-driven game, using the tools to generate your map, your content, and your puzzle to solve along the way.
Sin Posadas is a writer, designer, and artist for tabletop RPGs. Their recent work includes Navathem's End, which they co-designed with Pam Punzalan. They also did the layout for several pages of GUN&SLINGER, Enoch's Wake, and a handful of other RPGs. They currently live alone with their two cats who provide lots of inspiration and distraction.
Dana Pena is a trans woman and TTRPG writer and podcaster from Argentina. She records and edits a TTRPG review podcast called Sesión Cero while running many different indie games on the Sesión Cero community discord that she manages.
Kyle is a dreamer, writer, and full-time complainer from the Philippines. Her writing has been featured in literary magazines and online web presses, and her games MORIAH and End of the Line have received some pretty decent reviews. You can follow her work here.

For fulfillment, it will work like this: once the books are printed and have arrived you will receive a single-use promotional code for good for the cost of the book. You will use that code on the Plus One Exp website to check out and pay for exact shipping at that time.
And now, some other projects I’m eager to see funded this Zine Month!
Tangled Blessings by Cassi Mothwin is a magic academy horror RPG for 1-2 players that uses tarot cards to reveal your fate. I’ve read what’s done until now and it’s amazing! I can’t wait to play this! Tangled Blessings is for people who like story games and adding their bits to the world. I love that it can be used alone or with someone else! You need to check this out and support it! Tarot decks and witches always make me happy!
Hit the road, Jack by Kyle Tam is another solo or duet game that I’ve been waiting for! A game of adrenaline rush and creeping terror. Of chasing and being chased, of being forced to face your sins or to leave them all behind. It is a game of cat and mouse between two characters that we call the Jacks. A game inspired by Long Haul 1984. A game after my own heart.
Derelict Delvers by Cezar Capacle is a thrilling, action-packed sci-fi roleplaying game that immerses players in a struggle for survival and profit. The game takes place in a galaxy overrun by monstrous alien creatures, who have destroyed humanity's peaceful exploration and diplomatic efforts. I love good sci-fi games and definitely, this one is a perfect fit for my taste!
